Orders to all UK addresses are usually processed the same day and collected the following day by Royal Mail (48hr tracked & signed-for). Collections by Royal Mail are Mon-Sat. If your order has not arrived within 5 days, please contact us so that we can chase up the courier on your behalf.
- We offer free delivery for orders of 3 or more packs to all UK addresses, including non-mainland and Scottish Highland addresses.
- If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 working days we will advise you by text and/or email and you will have the option of agreeing to a new delivery date or canceling the order and receiving a full refund.
- Samples are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class service.
Please get in touch with us and we will provide you with a returns address; returns are at the customer’s expense unless the product is found to be faulty.
Only unopened packs can be refunded unless something is wrong with the product and then we will refund your whole order, including the cost of returning it to us. If the product is not at fault, customers will need to return the goods at their expense and we will only refund them for unopened packs returned in good condition. For this reason, please buy a sample bag initially, if your dog has never tried SmartBarf™ before.
