These Terms and Conditions govern SmartBarf’s relationship with you about sales made through this website. Please do not use our website if you disagree with these terms and conditions.

The term ‘SmartBarf’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the website owner, SmartBarf UK Limited, whose registration number is 08630460 and whose registered office is 22 Cloonmore Drive, Sheffield. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Our Terms and Conditions apply upon receiving your payment for our products. 


When placing an order, you must ensure your details are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment account and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Your payment will be taken at the point of completing checkout. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as soon as possible. The refund may take up to 5 working days.

Delivery Information

Orders to all UK addresses are usually processed the next working day (Monday – Saturday, excluding bank holidays) and collected the following working day currently by Royal Mail (48hr tracked & signed-for). Collections by Royal Mail are Monday – Saturday. If your order has not arrived within 5 days, please contact us so we can chase up the courier on your behalf.

We offer free delivery for orders of 3 or more packs to all UK addresses, including non-mainland and Scottish Highland addresses.

If we cannot dispatch your order within 2 working days we will advise you by text and/or email and you will have the option of agreeing to a new delivery date or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.

Samples are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class service.

We will discuss export orders with the user regarding payment method, carriage costs and choice of courier prior to issuing an invoice.


First, contact us if a refund is required. We are not able to refund opened packs, sample packs, or items ordered more than 8 weeks previously unless we agree that there is a quality issue. 

In the event of a quality issue, we will refund your whole order, including the cost of returning it to us. If the product is not at fault, customers will need to return the goods at their expense, and we will only refund them for unopened packs returned in good condition. 


If you participate in any SmartBarf promotions, please familiarise yourself with the Terms & Conditions and our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Promotional codes, coupon codes, and passwords must not be shared with 3rd parties; doing so will breach our Terms and Conditions. 

User Accounts

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. Your responsibility is to ensure your user account is kept safe and secure. If your details have been breached, you will be liable, and SmartBarf will not be held responsible. You must not disclose your password to any third party; if your account with SmartBarf has been breached, you must inform us immediately.

SmartBarf has no control over them and accepts no responsibility or liability for their content. The links do not imply any endorsement of any kind.

Intellectual Property

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.


We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach our Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. 

You can discontinue using the Service if you wish to terminate your account.
